RECENT WORK: MILWAUKEE BREWERS

• The Milwaukee Brewers asked Birdsall Interactive to develop an Intranet for their employee's internal use. To date, the 100 plus employee's had no good way of receiving and sharing relevant information that was updated regularly and needed to be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We needed to design an interface for a network that would securely share the organization's information. This site would be an important component and focal point of internal communication and collaboration. .

• Birdsall Interactive needed to take a tremendous amount of information provided and organize it down to categories that would be meaningful to the employees. Rounds of site mapping were provided to create a visual index of the newly designed website's contents.
• Templates for the pages needed to be created to accommodate the designated areas.
• Templates provided needed to integrate with the organization's SharePoint server.

• Provide a single, integrated location where employees can efficiently collaborate with team members, find organizational resources, search for services and corporate information, and leverage business insight to make better-informed decisions.
• Navigational items were created for:
  • News : daily information on the Brewer's organization
  • People: featured people within the organization
  • Forms and Documents
  • Game Day Information
  • HR Information

• By providing well thought out executed templates that deliver on objectives and needs, the Brewers are able to reap the benefits of a newly developed communication tool - an Intranet.
• The site provides a way of collaboration and comprehensive features that enable people to more easily find and share information.
• Streamlined and improved communication- the Brewers no longer needed to physically send materials to many people, which proved highly economical and saves lots of time.
• Relationships within the employees are stronger and employees are more productive.
• Extensible environment - Although the solution is already delivering strong benefits, they now have a portal platform that can grow. The content within the templates are interchangeable and can be repurposed to any current needs.
