RECENT WORK: LINVILLE
ISSUES:
- Linville Ridge of Premier Properties wanted to create a unique, high-style site for its exclusive clientele and for local visitors.
- Their current site did not represent the sophistication of Premier Properties and the brand, and the site did not provide users with a true depiction of what Linville Ridge had to offer by way of services and Real Estate listings.
- The site was outdated in appearance, structure and in the presentation of content. An opportunity existed to re-engineer the sites to better reflect the company and incorporate the latest technology, where appropriate.
CHALLENGE:
- Redesign site with user interaction and clients needs in mind.
- Designate areas to list their Real Estate Property Listings - this needed to be managed and updated easily.
- Create an interactive property map to provide visitors with a full view of the community, the neighborhoods and the surroundings.
- Program an events calendar - updated by clients and developed for site's visitors as a resource for daily event/activities.
SOLUTION:
Assist users with all of the above by
- The new website was designed with a combination of high style and user experience in mind. The site captures the beauty and appeal of Linville Ridge through its use of photography and breath taking visuals along with the carefully crafted content. The site features information regarding the numerous services, events and activities, neighborhood styles, and real estate.
- Flash animation is featured on the homepage and showcases the amenities available.
- A custom content managed real estate section was developed that features up to date listings of properties that are for sale and for rent. These pages are full of details and descriptions on the property listing as well as provide users numerous photos and compare listings. Linville is able to update the information on this page as needed.
- An interactive calendar was added to provide guests the ability to see monthly events as categorically (e.g. golf, tennis) or all together. This feature was also developed so the client could update the information easily.
RESULT:
- A newly designed/structured site that delivers intuitive navigation, an improved graphical user interface, and easy-to-find content organization.
- A newly enforced brand message and market leadership.
- Content that is updated regularly by in-house resources.
- Generating leads for potential buyers and sellers of real estate.
- Improved customer satisfaction.
