Birdsall Interactive Re-Launches Visa Sponsored Fan With A Plan

Issues:

• The existing Visa FanWithAPlan website needed an updated navigation to help users find information more easily
• Visa wanted to create a viral draw to the site that reached users looking to plan trips as well as users looking to attend their favorite international sporting events
• Visa also needed a vendor to manage all website maintenance to keep the site fresh and intriguing

Challenge:

• Create a viral component that would draw potential users and keep existing users returning to the site.
• Showcase travel tools and other offerings and advice for Visa sponsored events.

Solution:

• Birdsall Interactive restructured the current site with a more intuitive site architecture and design elements
• After researching and presenting several ideas to Visa, Birdsall Interactive designed two online interactive features that will help drive traffic to the site. Birdsall Interactive designed and implemented two viral interactive games that may also be syndicated to other travel and game sites.
• Birdsall Interactive used the findings to create a detailed report of recommendations that fit into the established budget and scope of work set forth by RPM.
• A detailed wire frame was created to demonstrate the new UI and the tools that would be vital to the loan agents.

Result:

• Birdsall Interactive launched the updated features which have been welcomed by international users and fans.
