Residential Pacific Mortgage
Issues:
RPM, the largest mortgage and private lender in Northern California, needed a CRM tool that was effective, yet easy enough for loan agents to use.
All agents use different ways of marketing to and following up with their clients.
RPM wanted to create one robust intranet for all agents to use that was easy to use and replaced all of their current tools (i.e. ACT, Excell, written notes)
Challenge:
Ensure all content on the site is what the agents want and need
The launched product needed to be easy to used and there fore utilized by all agents at all technology levels
Solution:
Birdsall Interactive used the existing Beta site created by RPM and ran internal interviews for two days.
Using a scripted series of questions, Birdsall Interactive was able to walk each agent through a series of tasks and document personal user experience.
Birdsall Interactive used the findings to create a detailed report of recommendations that fit into the established budget and scope of work set forth by RPM.
A detailed wire frame was created to demonstrate the new UI and the tools that would be vital to the loan agents.
Result:
Birdsall Interactive designed and built the ASP templates for an on time and on budget launch. The new CRM tool has receive a thus far positive response and adoption rate has steadily increased.
